Barack Obama firmly accused the Syrian Regime and Russian powers on the killings in Syria.

“We have seen a deliberate strategy of surrounding, besieging and starving innocent civilians,” Obama said during a year-end news conference.

Obama was asked about why the Unites States did not get involved. But Obama said that after every option was studied “in painful detail,” circumstances including the involvement of Russia and Iran and the absence of cohesion among the Syrian opposition needed a full-scale military interference in order to assist the situation.

Obama’s disapproval comes to an agreement allowing the evacuation of the thousands of civilians left in the beset city appeared to fall apart. Forces associated with the Assad regime have shelled eastern Aleppo and after years of fighting, his troops have managed to break through rebel defensive lines, seizing some of the last few Syrian rebel holdouts in recent days.
